Farmhouse Salted Butter

Our Farmhouse butter is made with whey cream, giving this butter a pleasant creamy flavor with just a hint of cheesiness.

Made in small batches, slow-churned, and hand-shaped with wooden paddles, our delicious cream comes from the Chalet Cheese Cooperative, one of the oldest farmer-owned cheese factories in Wisconsin.

Pieces are wrapped in protective foil. Product can be kept refrigerated for 3 weeks, or frozen for 3 months.
